The following is a carefully thought-out and curated list of the questions that several customers have asked in the past. Q. How does it work?

  • You place an order with us using the order form given to you upon sign up. We process your order and then send your linen out for delivery. The next time you place an order we will collect any used linen and deliver your new order at the same time.

Q. Am I renting or buying the linen?

​

  • We are providing a linen rental service which means you will be renting the linen and not buying the linen.

​

​

Q. Is there a contract?

​

  • No contract, cancel your subscription anytime before 28th of the month. Cancellations after the 28th will continue until the 27th of the next month.

​

Q. How will payments be taken?

​

  • Once the sign up form is complete we can add your details to our system. You will then receive an email with a link to collect your first monthly subscription payment of £9.99. We can then send you the order request form so that you can start to make orders right away.

Q. Will I be charged before or after my delivery?

​

  • You will be charged for your order before we send it out for delivery.

​

Q. Will I pay a collection and a delivery fee?

​

  • No, You will only be charged for one delivery fee which includes one collection to return the used linen. A £2 charge will apply for further collections without delivery of new items.

Q. What happens if I do not collect my delivery?

​

  • If we are unable to deliver your order because you are not present to collect, we will refund the cost for the linen but keep the £5 unfulfilled delivery fee.

Q. What happens if linen is damaged?

​

  • If an item of linen is damaged in any way we will collect the items upon our next collection and charge you a value fee per damaged item. (Please place the damaged linen separately upon return)

Q. What happens if I do not place a collection order to collect my linen?

​

  • You will be charged the damage value fee for each item you have not returned within 6 months of your delivery.

Q. What if I want to place a large order to cut collection and delivery costs?

​

  • We welcome large and regular orders. However depending on the size of your order it may take longer to have your delivery with you. Please speak to us to arrange a regular time slot.

Q. Is there a minimum order amount?

​

  • Yes, we require at least a £10 order to make your delivery (excluding delivery charges). 

​

Q. How do I place my order?

​

  • You will send the linen order request form which you will have upon sign up of our service. If you cannot find this order form just let us know and we will send it over to you right away.

Q. Can I have a repeat order, instead of keep completing a form?

​

  • Yes of course, just let us know you would like to repeat your order, on what day/time and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q. How do collections & delivery work?

​

  • You will be given a time slot for delivery within your confirmation email. If this time needs to be rearranged please let us know. We will collect the used linen and deliver any fresh linen ordered.

  • Birmingham and local areas

Q. How fast can delivery be made?

​

  • We take one working day to process your order (depending on the size of the order). Our delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday which means we will aim to have your order out for delivery the next delivery day after placing your order. If you require delivery outside of these days please let us know.

Q. Can you collect and deliver my linen inside the property?

​

  • We prefer not to enter the property for many reasons but if no one is on site for delivery this option may be looked into. Please contact us to arrange collection and drop off points.

How long do I have before placing my order collection?

​

  • You have six months from the date you placed your order. We will notify you one month before your collection order is due. If you do not place your order we will charge you the damage value fee for each item outstanding on your account.

Q. Will I be charged for more than one collection?

​

  • Yes, A £2 charge will apply for further collections after the first collection has been made. For example if you make a request to have 6 items delivered and you only return 3 with your free collection. Then the next collection of the other 3 items we will be charged a £2 collection fee.
