We aren’t a startup. We are a veteran team with over a decade of boots-on-the-ground experience in the West Midlands property market.

Established in 2016, we began our journey in the short-term rental market. Over the last 10 years, we’ve navigated the "ups and downs" of the industry with a singular focus: providing value to our landlords with integrity. By 2019, that focus was reflected in a diverse portfolio of Serviced Accommodation, residential single lets, and HMOs.

However, a few years ago, we saw the writing on the wall. The "Old Way" of property management—static tenancies and high-volume, low-service models—was breaking. Instead of chasing more doors, we chose to hit pause.
