Q. How does this service work?

  • The 5-Step set up is designed to transform family let and HMO properties into Serviced Accommodation properties. We will take care of the complete set up to allow you to welcome your first guest.

Q. How long does the property set up take?

​

  • The complete property set up will usually take around 7-14 days after any recommended improvements have been completed

Q. What is involved in the initial assessment? 

​

  • Our 5 point security check provides peace of mind knowing your property & investment are safe and secure.

Q. Why do you charge a set up cost? 

​

  • We must charge a set up fee to register and upload all property information onto the necessary platforms amongst other things like advice on access and security at the property.

Q. Who will arrange professional property photos? 

​

  • We can arrange for the photos to be taken by a recommended photographer on your behalf. The invoice for this service will be sent to you.

Q. Will I need a fire risk assessment carried out? 

​

  • A fire assessment for the safety of your guests is required. The recommendations if any will need to be rectified before commencing the set up

​

Q. Are furniture and furnishings included in the setup process? 

​

  • No, the furniture and furnishings are not a part of the property set up. We can arrange for the furniture and furnishings to be supplied by a recommended lease supplier on your behalf. The company will rent the furniture & furnishings to you for a monthly figure. The cost for this can be taken from the monthly rental income

Q. Will I be able to accept a guest right after the property is set up?

  • Yes as soon as the set up process is complete.

Q. How long is the cancellation period? 

​

  • ​You will have 14 days to cancel this service from the date payment is taken

Q. Does DNB Future Properties manage the property and guests? 

​

  • No. The property set up is a set up service only.  Management of the property is a separate service we can provide to you if required.

​
